品牌宣传岗 ( 岗位数:1 )
主要职责
▲ 负责协助制定学院品牌宣传推广战略并执行实施。
▲ 负责学院微信公众号的建设,统筹活动新闻稿、项目推广等推文内容的采集、文案编写与推送发布。
▲ 负责学院官网的建设和日常更新运营、优化升级和维护管理。
▲ 负责学院线上线下活动、学院宣传册及Facebook , LinkedIn, Twitter等各媒体平台的宣传推广材料采编工作。
▲ 完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
应聘条件
♢ 硕士及以上学历,有博士学位、海外求学或工作经历者优先;
♢ 出色的英语口语交流及书面写作能力;
♢ 有责任感和敬业精神,善于沟通协调、工作积极主动;
♢ 有极高的宣传敏锐度和文字创造力,新闻传媒相关专业优先;
♢ 有网站运营经验、熟练使用PS和AI软件者优先。
Media Manager
( Position Available: 1 )
Key Responsibilities
▲ Responsible for brand promotion;
▲ Responsible for maintaining the WeChat public account and monitor social media (Twitter and so on), plan,edit and release news and documents;
▲Responsible for the operation of official website and renovate with daily updates;
▲ Responsible for sharing promotional materials through commercial brochures, and social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter;
▲ Complete any other related task.
Requirements
♢ Master degree or above, PhD students, overseas studies or work experience will be preferred;
♢ Fluent in oral and written English;
♢ Professional, responsible, self-motivated, excellent communication and coordination skills;
♢ Have a sharp vision in advertising and being creative in writing, major in news and media will be preferred;
♢ With experience in websites operation, PS and AI software skills are preferred.
综合行政管理岗 ( 岗位数:2 )
主要职责
▲ 负责综合行政事务的执行与落实,协调学院内部与学校部门的沟通与协作;
▲ 负责行政文件、会议、制度等文字材料撰写及信息工作统筹;
▲ 协助组织学院会议和重大活动,支持学院日常来访与接待事务;
▲ 负责学院档案管理及物资采购;
▲ 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Administrative Officer
( Position Available: 2 )
Key Responsibilities
▲ Responsible for administrative affairs;
▲ Responsible in writing documents related to administration, organizing meeting, coordinating the overall work planning;
▲ Assist in organizing meetings, major events and visits;
▲ Responsible for archives management and purchase of material;
▲ Complete any other related task.
Requirements
♢ Master degree or above, PhD students, overseas studies or work experience will be preferred;
♢ Fluent in oral and written English;
♢ Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong team spirit;
♢ Highly responsible, committed, ability to work under pressure.
留学生事务管理岗 ( 岗位数:1 )
主要职责
▲ 为留学生提供来华前的入学指导及咨询;
▲ 留学生保险、体检、出入境等手续办理;
▲ 留学生日常生活事务管理;
▲ 留学生紧急情况处理;
▲ 留学生思想教育和文体活动的组织安排;
应聘条件
♢ 硕士及以上学历,有博士学位、海外求学或工作经历者优先;
♢ 出色的英语口语交流及书面写作能力;
♢ 优秀的组织协调能力及沟通能力,有高度责任感和敬业精神,工作耐心细致,具有较强的应变能力,可应对处理各类突发事件。
International Students
Admission and Services Manager
( Position Available: 1 )
Key Responsibilities
▲ Provide guidance and assistance to international students before their arrival;
▲ Manage all the procedures for students such as insurance, physical examination, entry and exit permit;
▲ Oversee the daily life of the international students;
▲ Deal with international students emergency;
▲ Organize activities for foreign students.
Requirements
♢ Master degree or above, PhD students, overseas studies or work experience will be preferred;
♢ Fluent in oral and written English;
♢ Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills, highly responsible, dedicated, patient, meticulous, extremely adaptable to different kind of situation and being able to deal with any kind of emergencies.
MBA项目管理岗 ( 岗位数:2 )
主要职责
▲ 负责统筹MBA项目日常运营和整体协调;
▲ 负责完善课程体系和课程设计,优化项目师资队伍,做好师资对接工作。
▲ 制定与完善教学规章制度,规范教学管理流程;
▲ 负责学生报名筛录、学籍注册、出勤请假审批等日常教务管理工作;
▲ 完善课堂教学后勤支持,协助组织各类学生活动,创建并开拓校友资源,提升学生满意度;
▲ 配合学院其他岗位人员,参与支持项目市场宣传、招生等工作;
▲ 完成领导交办的其他工作
应聘条件
♢ 硕士及以上学历,有博士学位、海外求学或工作经历者优先;
♢ 出色的英语口语交流及书面表达能力;
♢ 优秀的组织协调能力及沟通能力,良好的服务意识和团队协作精神;

MBA Program Manager
( Position available: 2 )
Key Responsibilities
▲ Responsible for MBA Program Operation;
▲ Responsible for ccurriculum design, assist in recruitment of faculty;
▲ Formulate academic regulations and procedures;
▲ Responsible for students’ daily attendance, registration and examination coordination;
▲ Provide Admin support for faculty and students,assist in organizing various activities for students, create and develop alumni relations and enhance student satisfaction;
▲ Cooperate with other staff, Provide support in marketing promotion and admission;
▲ Complete any other related task.
Requirements
♢ Master degree or above, PhD students, overseas studies or work experience will be preferred;
♢ Fluent in oral and written English;
♢ Strong Team spirit with excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills;
♢ Being responsible, dedicated and able to work under pressure;
♢ Excellent learning and judgement skills, expert in doing market analysis in order to quickly understand the characteristics and needs of the industry;
♢ Have an understanding of International MBA programs, MBA programs management experience is preferred.
